NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) today announced that it will hold its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time at the NVIDIA headquarters in Santa Clara, California. At the meeting, shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on the election of directors, ratify the appointment of the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year, and consider other proposals brought before the meeting.
